📦 How We Ship — India Post Tracked Service (Default)

All international orders placed on our website are shipped by default through India Post's International Tracked Packet Service (ITPS) — a reliable, fully trackable postal service delivered in partnership with your country's national postal network (such as Royal Mail in the UK, USPS in the USA, or Emirates Post in the UAE).

• Every parcel is fully tracked door-to-door — you can follow it on the India Post website and on your local postal service's tracker.
• Orders ship from Kerala within our standard dispatch time, and estimated delivery is 7–15 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and local customs processing.
• You'll receive your tracking number on WhatsApp/email as soon as your order ships.
• The shipping rates shown at checkout and in the table above apply to this default India Post service.

If you would like your order shipped by a priority or express service such as EMS Speed Post, DHL, or Aramex — or any courier other than our default India Post tracked service — please DM / WhatsApp us at +91 70120 02262 before placing your order instead of ordering directly on the website.

• Express and third-party courier rates are different from the website shipping rates shown above and vary by destination, weight, and service.
• Our team will share the exact shipping cost for your preferred service, and the shipping charge will be collected separately before dispatch.
• Once confirmed, we'll create your order manually and ship it by your chosen service with full tracking.

• We accept international credit and debit cards directly on the website. Your card is charged in Indian Rupees (INR) and your bank converts it to your local currency automatically.

• Customs, duties & local charges: The shipping charge you pay us covers transportation from India to your address. Any import duties, taxes (such as VAT/GST), customs clearance fees, handling charges, or any other amounts collected by the delivering agency, postal service, or customs authority in your destination country are to be borne entirely by the customer and must be paid directly to the collecting agency at the time of delivery or clearance.
• Returns & exchanges: International orders are final sale — please review size, colour, and product details carefully before ordering. In the rare case a return or exchange is agreed by our team, the cost of return shipping back to India, and the cost of dispatching the replacement or exchanged item again to your address, are to be borne entirely by the customer, along with any customs or handling charges arising on either leg of the shipment.
• Shipping rates may vary for bulk, unusually heavy, or special-service orders — if the actual shipping cost differs significantly from what was paid, our team will contact you to collect the difference before dispatch, or you can choose to receive a full refund.
